Water is Water is Water?

The earth’s surface is covered in about 71% water. The oceans, the air, in the ground and the ice caps are all of the different places where water can be found but the water is not all the same.

The water in the ocean is salt water. The freshest water on earth is found underground, in rivers, lakes and glaciers.

Water from salt to fresh can be used in many different ways each benefiting the purpose that it is used for. When it comes to using water on a day to day basis for cleaning, eating etc… it is normally treated at water facilities to make it safe to use, drink, cook with etc..

Water is treated in multiple ways to clean it. The different treatments determine how clear the water is of bacteria, metals, ions etc. The purest form is dionized.

Dionized water, “also known as demineralized water, is water wherein all of its mineral ions such as sodium, iron, calcium, copper, chloride, and sulfate are removed.”- theberkey.com

With this, it is said to effectively hydrate the skin or hair as soon as you apply the product. Water also forms emulsions, which helps the oils and waters in a cream or lotion combine.

Dionized water is one of a few key ingredients in our creams that makes them as effective, moisturizing and hydrating as they are.

It’s just water right?
